4YOUREYE (AUSTRIA) www.4youreye.at  LIVE VISUAL PERFORMANCES SINCE 1993

The live visual performance group "4youreye" was set up the early 1990s. The duo started their artistic journey in the Rave, Ambient and Club culture of the 90's. Their track record of over 15 years includes countless performances in Austria and all around the international circuit from the London to Malaysia, Russia and China. The duo stands for fast, hard cuts and unconventional screen sequences, which blow the dust off old images. Ever changing picture collages tune into the music and so create a total experience for the audience.

A Free Mind is VJing - Live - Take a Ride...Partying at the Clubs and browsing the Record-Shops Christian Herbstreuth hits the Techno Scene in the mid '90s. Flyer Art attracts his interest in Design and inspires early creative Artwork. Training to be a Graphic Artist to the beat of a Club Culture changing at breakneck speed - Record-Covers, Flyers, Magazines: Today's Trends are out of Style tomorrow thanks to new forms of Desktop Publishing. Christian Herbstreuth initially focuses on Print Media, working for Event Organizers, Club Owners and DJs. In January 2009 he takes the next Step: He starts VJing to be able to work more creatively in the Scene. His live Performance combines Graphic Elements and Film, 3D-Animation and Typographical Gimmicks. His Visuals are bold and simple, sometimes strictly Graphical, sometimes not to be taken too seriously. Local and regional Live-Performances attract attention.

GOTO10 (HOLLAND)  http://www.hybridvisuals.nl Shaping the Random || Quartz Composer and other generative experiments

I remember those nights, planning technologies that didn’t exist yet, outsider science, futurist dreaming, half-magical. I was building another science, my science, wild science, robots and lasers and disembodied brains. A science that buzzed and glowed; it wanted to do things. It could get up and walk, fly, fight, sprout garish glowing creations in the remotest parts of the world, domes and towers and architectural fever dreams. And it was angry. It was mad science.

- Austin Grossman, Soon I Will Be Invincible

Hybrid Visuals is the mad visual science of Joris de Jong. I live and work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

They have continuously worked us up by small parties on various Undergound festivals to clubs like the Harry Klein in Munich, where we are also booked regularly. Their current horizon extends to the time from southern Germany to Vienna. The project places great emphasis on pure video and photo content and is inspired by Michael's academic studies uin dramatics. For this purpose in the greater degree they use video mixers, their setup is only a software-based foundation.

ROBORANT (HOLLAND) http://www.eavan.hybridvisuals.nl

Under the moniker Roborant, Eavan performs at festivals and selected club nights. Having found the laptop a restrictive performance interface she looked for other human machine interfaces. Coming across Alchemy, a free and open source drawing application, she found keyboard liberation and rediscovered her love of drawing. The freedom to create both audio reactive and human controlled abstract gestures creates a performance that is completely of the moment.

ZANNE (HOLLAND) http://www.zanne.nl  "When I found out the world is different from the world I dream of, I came
into rebellion. A started to paint the world as I wanted it to be. First this were paintings on canvas, but soon a started to create my worlds by using computers. Computers gave me the great ability to put time into my paintings,so I fell in love with animation, using software like 3d max, after effects and Flash."As myths from different cultures have crossed and their symbols combined, the remaining task, for me, has been to read their hidden message. Ultimately, I believe, these compositions attempt to reveal the greater Unity underlying all cultural manifestations of the Sacred. But then, I do not want to use these symbols in a direct way, I want to translate and invent them again. I want to create my own visual language of emotions. P_ EDUARDO (BRAZIL) VIDEO
